Visa Bulletin – Priority Dates for April 2010

The Department of State Visa Bulletin provides the summary of the updates on the current cut-off date for the month of April 2010. Petitions filed, whose current dates are earlier than the dates indicated below, are now allocated visas or green cards. A priority date that is current but retrogressed would mean that the applicant needs to wait until it becomes current again.
